2013 - MS Tech Launch
MS Tech launched with two employees with a focus on the Hospitality Sector, providing services around Unified Communication, Networking and Wireless Maintenance.
2014 - First Comprehensive Managed Service Contract
MS Tech provided first class maintenance and support to the country’s largest hotel chain with service offerings ranging from PBX Maintenance, Network Monitoring and Management, Structured Cabling ad Systems Administration.
2015 - First One Million Dollar Contract
Digicel Jamaica – Implementation of customized sensor- based monitoring solution on 226 cellular sites across Jamaica, using CISCO and Nexcom technology to drive communication to the NOC.
2017 - First International Project: Digicel Haiti
Implementation of a customized sensor- based monitoring solution on 200 cellular sites across Haiti, using Nexcom technology to drive communication to the NOC.
2018 - Official Jamaica Eye Technology Partner
MS Tech will assist the Jamaican government in deploying nationwide IP surveillance network with next in class analytics and feature-rich capabilities.
